The Park Hotels Management Training Programme is a comprehensive management and leadership development programme designed to develop fresh hotel management graduates into promising hoteliers of the future. During the programme, which is monitored by the training department of the respective units, the Management Trainees are invested with technical and behavioural inputs pertaining to their job and social needs.
Preliminary selection interviews are generally conducted in the month of January
The final selection procedure essentially is a 3-day process usually conducted in the month of February.
| 2 months | Off the job/Classroom training Comprising essentially of theoretical and practical inputs on Operational, Support Function and Behavioural Issues. Includes Structured Instruments Exercises, Games, Role-play, Practicals, Group Activities, Demonstrations and Guest Lectures/ Workshops etc. by External as well as Internal faculty. |

On successful completion of the training programme Management Trainees are confirmed as Assistant Managers in the respective areas of posting.
Upon successful completion of the 18 months training programme and qualifying in their hotel management examinations the Management trainees may be posted to any of the company's units in India in the grade applicable to that unit.
